For the provision of infrastructure, Structural & Building works associated with the New weather watch radar, tower and modular building at Yeoval in New South Wales.
Scope of Electrical and Communications Services Works:
Installation of the consumer mains cable from the pole mounted point of supply to the Metering Cabinet (MSB)
Submains cabling from the MSB to the MDB
Install emergency generator and load bank communications, earthing and low voltage cabling
All underground power and communications
Installation of Shelter Building, connections of all services including services to the Radar Tower
Electrical Installation associated with the Radome (Top) section of the Tower
Provision of all the Light and power circuits from the Equipment Shelter MDB out to the Radar Tower via the newly constructed waveguide duct
Provision of electrical services and earthing associated with the Radar Tower, Shelter Building, Generator and Satellite Dish
Equipotential bonding and earthing systems of the new shelter, the radar tower, the Generator, satellite dish and security fence and gates, and all other earthing in accordance with the requirements of AS/NZS 3000
Earthing of the shelter structure support joists and wall cladding to the equipotential bonding
System via the earthing pit system
