Lutheran Aged Care is an organisation providing a range of high-quality aged care facilities and residential communities throughout the Albury and Wodonga region.

LAC is undertaking the redevelopment of The Dellacourt Campus in Albury, New South Wales and is to deliver a high-quality aged care facility, providing the replacement of 40 key residential aged care accommodation (dementia rooms) and associated living space and facilities. These works will allow functional space for new front of house community hub, including facilities such as a chapel/multi-purpose hall, allied health, visitor and respite short-stay accommodation, café, hair salon, chaplain, activities hall/library and administration.

Scope of Electrical and Communications Services Works:
